A successful multi-disciplinary consultancy, operating on a national basis, are looking to recruit a new discipline lead for a cost management team in Essex. The business is looking for a confident and client focused senior professional who has a previous background working for a Chartered surveyors, Consultancy or End-Client with a proven track record of working in the local market. Our client has a busy project pipeline for#####4 onwards with numerous secured schemes across multiple disciplines in the local area and surrounding counties.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing an existing cost management team, regional business development (both new and existing networks) and some hands on project surveying duties where the project/client requirement is necessary. The opportunity is a senior level strategic position within a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy.
Desirable Experience
Minimum 10 years+ experience as a QS post degree qualification.
MRICS Chartered Surveyor.
Excellent client facing skills and previous experience with business development/maintaining networks and relationships.
Looking to develop/take on or continue in a senior level management position.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or comparable/relevant qualification.
MRICS Essential.
