This role presents a unique opportunity for a progressive leader to build from a strong foundation, taking operations to the next level of maturity.The primary objective of the role is to accelerate our growth, increase our market share, build our capability, and establish our position as a leading cost consultancy in the provision of professional services across government and public sector clients.Responsibilities include:Determining and delivering an accelerated business growth strategy across priority clients in region.Leading the development of our public sector proposition and delivery capabilityDeveloping and maintaining executive level relationships with clients and industry peersDevelop and lead public sector teams across the regions, to enable the achievement of target outcomes.Provide leadership and strategic direction for public sector teams’ activities,and virtual coordination of activities across sector leaders in other regions nationally.Project execution assurance for public sector projectsSkills & ExperienceExtensive experience in leading the delivery of cost management for public sector and government capital projects and programmesProven track record in winning work / business generationEstablished industry networkStrong market reputation, recognition as a subject matter expertDegree holder in relevant disciplineProactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior managementExperience contributing to the “bigger picture” in terms of business strategy / growth.Renumeration and attractionFully negotiable sector leading salary plus package and benefitsPackage includes industry leading pension contributions, discretionary bonus, private medical insurance plus even more benefits.Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave.Corporate Social Responsibly daysWellness WednesdaysDoctor @ HandClear and attainable career paths, including partnership opportunities within the business.Working on some of the most critical and prominent projects working towards wider society’s success.Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)Degree or HNC level qualificationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
