Director, Product Specialist - Private Credit

THE SEARCH:Altus Partners are working exclusively with a leading asset manager looking to strengthen its Product Management team with the hire at the VP/Director level, focusing on a range of private debt products. You will act as a critical conduit between the investment team and the business development team, representing the firm’s private credit strategies to an institutional client base.THE ROLE:You will be directly involved in client-related activities by presenting, attending, and supporting the sales team in promoting the private credit capabilities to both existing and potential Institutional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for sales in relation to the products and market-related questions with a specific focus on Credit-related strategies. Be the technical expert across all the private credit and strategiesRepresent the firm in technical pitches, conferences, and client meetingsProduce technical content and thought leadershipCreate and own technical marketing material and performance commentariesConduct detailed Portfolio reviewsTHE REQUIREMENTS:Client facing experience with a background in Fixed Income and credit-related
strategiesExperience working and supporting institutional sales teamsAbility to assimilate complex and varied market data into a timely case for
product investmentExperience presenting to an internal audience, one-on-one and larger groupsAbility to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project
management and executionSolid verbal and written communication skills required
