Overview
Pragmatic is seeking an exceptional Director of Supply Planning and Execution to establish and develop our customer supply planning and execution capability in order to support our transition into high-volume manufacturing. Reporting to the SVP Manufacturing and Operations, the successful candidate will apply their wide-ranging breadth and depth of knowledge to hold end-to-end responsibility for production planning, control, inventory management and capacity modelling of Pragmatic’s frontend and backend manufacturing network. They will support the business in achieving high on-time-delivery versus customer requirements and to deliver the quarterly and annual revenue plan.
Key Tasks
Drive and develop a long-term demand forecast, and matching capacity plan to enable and support the achievement of company objectives.
Collaborate with leaders across R&D, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment across the business.
Build, lead and mentor a highly performing team of factory planners and supply chain analysts, promoting professional development to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Execution (S&OE) processes.
Develop, execute and monitor a supply plan to meet weekly and quarterly customer shipments and business revenue targets.
Understand, model and optimise constraints across the company’s manufacturing network.
Lead and develop the Planning function to achieve world class planning and supply practices.
Establish and monitor relevant planning KPIs, support inventory management and work in progress to balance on-time delivery and financial metrics.
Qualifications and Training
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline
Evidence of continued professional development (desirable)
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an established business leader with ability to work on a strategic and operational level
Professional experience within manufacturing supply chain management, with knowledge of supply chain best practices and planning systems
Experience of working at senior leader level internally and with customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and confidence to challenge where needed to drive change and improvement
Be able to evidence having a passion for building and empowering teams and working beyond the confines of the job description
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Experience within the semiconductor industry (desirable)
