You'll also provide overarching strategic guidance, ensuring synergy across mission delivery, operational capabilities and enabling services.Strategic prowessYou'll lead the development of our economic growth strategy, collaborating closely with our CEO and senior management. You'll use robust scenario planning and modelling capabilities to refine our strategic framework and translate it into actionable plans.Engagement and implementationYou'll articulate our strategy with precision and persuasiveness, tailoring messages to resonate with diverse stakeholders. You'll also forge strategic partnerships with public and private sector entities, both locally and internationally, to share risks and opportunities and drive mutual growth.You'll lead efforts to gauge the impact of our interventions on Scotland's economy and broader societal objectives.
