About usWe are currently eight schools: three special needs schools, four secondaries and one primary school, all local to the Farnham, Haslemere and Woking areas. As a Trust, we are very positive about the difference we are making. Our finances are strong, despite funding challenges, and our estates are well maintained with a regular programme of innovative capital works taking place across all our schools. We are the largest employer in the area and therefore have a responsibility to our staff to ensure they are looked after and enjoy being part of our organisation.The Trust is at an exciting point in its development as we move into a new phase of growth, with a further five schools joining the Trust from September 2024, including two specialist schools.The roleAs a Director of School Improvement for specialist schools, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our mission to provide outstanding education and support to students within our specialist schools.Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of school improvement initiatives across the MAT, ensuring that every student has access to high-quality learning opportunities that meet their diverse needs.Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans for school improvement, providing guidance and support to school leaders and staff members, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
