Director of Sales & Marketing
Cliveden House is currently in search of a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our senior team at Cliveden House. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and elevate our brand presence in the market for our esteemed property which is renowned for its luxury and elegance. We are looking for an accomplished individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality sector, with strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.
Our ideal candidate should:
Have extensive experience in sales and marketing management in the luxury hospitality sector
Lead the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives
Embrace a hands-on approach, actively engaging with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to build and maintain relationships
Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, effectively representing Cliveden House in the marketplace
Show a commitment to understanding market trends and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making
Display strong leadership and management skills, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve excellence
Be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and competitive business environment
Prioritise collaboration and teamwork, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in the sales and marketing department
