The role
The Director of Quality Engineering is responsible for leading our Quality Engineering initiatives with a focus on ISO 90001 compliance, and our Functional Safety and Cybersecurity strategies in accordance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.
The individual will have a vital role in ensuring adherence to quality standards, audit compliance and the development of measures that will result in the timely delivery of safe and secure CPU and GPU products.
You will:
Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Oversee program governance processes to ensure effective project management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of products.
Develop and implement strategies for functional safety in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 26262.
Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures for automotive semiconductor products, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO/SAE 21434.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer support to drive continuous improvement in quality, program governance and engineering efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to quality management, program governance, functional safety and cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management, program governance, functional safety, and automotive cybersecurity.
About you

You'll have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in quality management, program governance, functional safety, or automotive cybersecurity roles within the semiconductor or automotive R&D industry.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to quality management, functional safety, and automotive cybersecurity, such as ISO 9001, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment at the forefront of technology.
