Director of Property Management

I have partnered exclusively with a well established consultancy based in the London to make a key senior level hire in their Property Management team.
This is a Director level position leading the Property Management function through a huge phase of growth.
The clients range from large pension funds to foreign investors. At present there is circa £500million worth of assets under management, totalling around 10 assets.
My client specializes in the management of large multi let offices within the City & West End the largest under management being 130,000 sq ft.
This is a highly sought after Senior Level position to lead a well-established department and become in the medium term an equity partner of a well renowned consultancy.
This is a suitable position for an experienced Associate Director looking for a more senior step or a current Director looking for more control, influence, and the ability to grow a department.
Alongside the day-to-day management there will be a focus on business development and the compensation will reward you for doing so.
My client is looking to pay up to £100,000 plus package but this is dependent on the level of experience & ability to bring across work. They operate a fully flexible working policy.
