Operating across a number of industry sectors to include commercial, hospitality and residential, they are now looking to further their brand in the Central London development market on major new build, fit out and refurbishment projects.As the Director of Project Management, you will report to the board and will have full autonomy for developing and marketing the brand. You will be tasked with expanding the client base and project management operations, as well as maximising any fee earning capabilities with existing clients. This is a strategic management role where you will have over twenty senior project managers reporting into you. You will be responsible for their coordination and development whilst overseeing contractual and financial matters, working closely with the Programming and Commercial Directors.Our client is looking for a highly professional individual with excellent presence combined with an all-round appreciation of the commercial sector in London, having worked for a recognised competitor in the Consultancy arena.The position demands a Chartered Project Manager MCIOB or Quantity Surveyor MRICS/FRICS from a Construction Project Management or Cost Management background, ideally with a proven track record in the management of project teams.
