A major, well established multi-disciplinary construction and Real Estate�consultancy, based throughout the UK�are seeking a Director of Project Management�to join their Cambridge team.

The Director of Project Management will be joining a�growing force within the industry and already seen as a major, go to organisation

The successful Director of Project Management will be joining an organisation who realise that their people are their strongest asset and provide flexible working solutions.

About the role:

The successful�Director of Project Management will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams pre contract and throughout delivery. This will be on a variety of projects ranging in value, but mainly Education and Life Science.

The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry. MRICS would be preferred but not essential.

The successful�Director of Project Management would enjoy a blend of multiple office, site�and working from home.

About the requirements:

• The successful�Director of Project Management needs to have experience working within Construction and on projects ranging in value.


• Ideally, Consultancy or Client Side experience.�


• You must be able to confidently present and speak to clients, often these are very demanding public and private sector organisations


• MRICS preferred but not essential
