Director of Product Development

We have been retained by our client to manage the search for an exciting new role that has been created for a Director of Revenue Growth.
You will be joining a nationwide security company with a revenue c£50million to take a concept and turn it into a reality.
Every year , they attend over 120,000 properties, providing 24-7 emergency response and fulfilment services, making the places where people live and work safe, secure and smart. We are looking for an experienced individual that can realise the opportunity of taking a B2B model to a B2C market.
The successful candidate will create a plan to bring the model to life, including a product range that incorporates the existing fleet, trades resource, and call centre, as well as the proposition and how to communicate the vision to the customer. Your plan will need to be end to end, what will the customer journey look like?
Success will see your plan be put into action and revenue growth through creating multiple transactions across the consumer market. This in turn will trigger further investment to resource where required and scale.

Key responsibilities:
Create a plan on this new model, taking all key factors into consideration
Create and manage the implementation of the plan including operationally for approval and roll out
Setting the vision
Devise the multi channel marketing and communications plan, customer journey, and manage the website redesign project to bring the concept to life
Business Operations management
manage relationsips internally and externally with 3rd party suppliers
Effective delivery of all operational activities agreed within the plan
Ensure the new Trading business is fully integrated into the overall activities of the business
Prepare and present reports and data
Recruitment and training of resource where required
Key skills and Experience Required:
Knowledge and a proven track record in a similar role
