You will need to be hungry to get stuck into the projects that we have and be a visible presence both within the workplace and the wider community.As Director of Place you will be a member of our Senior Leadership Team and you will have influence both within the organisation and outwardly across all parts of our borough. You will lead and take ownership for cross-cutting corporate projects and change management initiatives that deliver service and organisational improvements. Through two Assistant Directors you will set the tone and provide leadership support for both the Development Service including all aspects of the planning function, and the Housing, Growth and Regeneration Service.
