We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join us as Director of Partnerships and Engagement. As part of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school and its provision, outcomes and success.
The post holder will lead on the development and nurturing of strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including the University, School of Education, corporate partners, families and alumni. This role is integral to the school’s mission to foster a collaborative learning environment and to strengthen engagement and fundraising initiatives.
The successful candidate will have;
good relationship-building and networking skills
strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
ideally have experience in a leadership or management role within an educational setting
a track record of working collaboratively with other organisations
a commitment to the school’s ethos of inclusivity and excellence
The University of Birmingham School is an 11 to18 inclusive academy serving diverse communities across the City. The School comprises approximately 775 pupils of all abilities and aptitudes to aged 16, in addition to 410 students within the sixth form following A’level courses.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (#####). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
