Reporting to the MD this role forms part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across the business unit.Key responsibilities include:· Provide leadership and planning for the division improving operational and manufacturing process· Lead and guide the operational remit of the business unit strategic/operational plans· Manage and develop all site operations procedures· Driving the simplification of processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of methodologies for the unitCandidates must have come from a manufacturing environment (Food, Beverage, Pharma) with a strong operations background where you have managed all areas including Manufacturing, warehousing Engineering and H&S whilst partnering closely with the Supply Chain team.You will have implemented enhanced standard operating procedures processes and methodologies and must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, combined with a strategic approach to implementing change to drive operating performanceSeniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Manufacturing Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at QLM Search by 2xGet notified about new
