Director of Operations

**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our operational processes to drive efficiency and growth within the organisation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance
- Supervise and guide operational staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline cross-functional processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team

- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing operational functions effectively

Pay: £75,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
