Director of Operations, UK & Europe – Restaurants, Luxury business
Salary: £200/220,000

Level: Operations Director / COO
We are currently searching for a Director/COO in the London area for a client in the luxury high volume restaurant sector. The company has 10 sites, all extremely high volume, with key sites in London and Europe. There are more openings planned for 2024/2025 and onwards, with strong appeal to the London professional market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the Ops team with four key reports
Working closely with the owner to implement best practices
Driving a new vision for the business with strong commercial awareness
The role involves overseeing stylish and current venues with high service standards and innovative offerings in food and entertainment. The ideal candidate should have experience at Board level, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and drinks sector.
Your Ops Director/COO role:
Fully operational, ‘hands on’ position in a multi-faceted site
Leading a close-knit, friendly, and ultra-professional team
Directing each department following the highest industry standards
Requirements:
Experience in a board level role within a licensed trade business with food
Proven track record of driving growth in sales
Understanding of property, acquisitions, and rebranding
Passion for the food and drinks sector
Experience overseeing a minimum of £18/25 million revenue
