Complemented by a selection of five indulgent restaurants and three exquisite bars, combined with an award-winning spa and cutting-edge gym, Grantley Hall stands out as a uniquely distinctive luxury hotel experience.Purpose of the JobThe Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the luxury 5-star estate including F & B outlets and Events, Front Office, Housekeeping and Spa as well as provide strategic direction. The Director of Operations will be a support to the General Manager (GM) in fostering a collaborative environment with an innovative outlook. The Director of Operations will guide employees to work as a well-functioning team and foster inter-departmental relationships. In the absence of the GM, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel.
