Director of MusicScotlandOrganisation: St Andrew's and St George's West Church of Scotland, EdinburghWe seek an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Music to enhance the musical life of our congregation.We wish to appoint someone who is familiar with a range of traditional, contemporary and other musical styles; possesses excellent organ and piano skills; has experience of directing a choir and of working with others in the planning and delivery of music. Pre-COVID, music played a large part in our outreach to others in our community; we are keen to appoint someone who will be creative about reviving and developing this aspect of our church life.Our organ is a two manual Wells Kennedy, installed in 1984, refurbished and enhanced in 2014 and regularly maintained.
