Your purpose
We're in search of a Director of Marketing Strategy, Digital, and Operations to join our Burton/Hybrid team.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our strategic portfolio planning, with a keen focus on aligning strategy with business governance (Integrated Business Planning). You'll drive the IBP process within Marketing, conducting thorough analysis to identify opportunities and vulnerabilities in our portfolio strategy and ensuring decisions are aligned with our portfolio ambitions, as well as driving a digital first mindset and capability within the marketing team.
Key Focus Areas:
Portfolio Strategy Development: Lead the continual refinement of our portfolio strategy by leveraging diagnostic tools, collaborating with strategic partners, and assessing strategic performance to shape the business's direction.
Driving Long-term Portfolio Strategy: Champion the adoption of our portfolio strategy throughout the business, particularly through Integrated Business Planning and Stage and Gate processes. Enhance project timelines to foster innovation and improve business case development to ensure commitment delivery.
Commercial Brand Planning Leadership: Take charge of commercial brand planning within Marketing, fostering strong relationships with sales leadership and acting as a primary liaison for strategic, creative, and media agencies. Lead pitch processes and support onboarding initiatives.
Oversight of POS Team: Ensure optimal management of the POS team and associated capital inventory balance.
Management of Graphics Studio and Digital Teams: Direct the in-house Graphics Studio, focusing on delivering high-quality marketing assets.
