Focused on Safety, Quality, and Service, the ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with a proven track record in industrial management. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.The Director of Manufacturing and Distribution - should have the following skill set:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.5+ years' experience in industrial management, supply chain supervision, or production leadership.Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and managerial skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Up to 50% travel primarily to other facilities; in-office when not traveling for business purposes.The Director of Manufacturing and Distribution - will: Ensure the consistent achievement of production, performance, and quality standards.Direct and lead the team to accomplish both immediate and long-term department goals.Drive planning, material flow, and process improvement initiatives.Lead distribution initiatives with a focus on efficiency, safety, and process improvements.Manage and optimize the flow of products through the distribution network.Commitment to a proactive safety culture and collaboration for ongoing improvement.Drive and champion a proactive and preventive health and safety culture.Establish and promote best practices to ensure the well-being and safety of all team members.
