Your expertise in both subjects will be instrumental in developing innovative curriculum strategies and enhancing the overall educational experience for our students.Requirements:A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.The ability to teach to GCSE standard. The ability to coach and motivate colleagues to achieve individual and collective targets.Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Humanities and Sport department, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.Develop and implement effective curriculum plans, schemes of work, and assessment strategies, tailored to the needs of diverse learners.Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the department, promoting continuous professional development opportunities for staff.Monitor student progress and attainment, implementing targeted interventions to support individuals and raise overall achievement levels.Forge strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to enrich the educational experience and support student well-being.Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives.Benefits at Randstad include;
