We are working on an exciting new role for an IT director with a hotel background. This position can be based anywhere in the UK, but hopeful candidates must be able to travel often to Europe and the Caribbean. We would love to speak to candidates that have hotel IT director or head of experience, candidates that have international experience and some knowledge of coding would also be a massive benefit.
About the IT director role position:
The successful candidate will be managing group IT across the globe that include Cape Verde, Barbados, UK and Europe. Due to this the role requires regular travel and flexibility to work remotely. You will work with teams across all departments to make sure the IT function is operating at the highest level, investigating the use of AI to improves processes, working with teams to develop new booking processes and reporting to the board of directors.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
IT experience at director or head of level within hotels
Experience integrating business IT operations
Experience within international hotels
Background in working closely with sales and marketing teams
Excellent communication skills
Additional language skills will be a huge bonus
