My client is looking for an experienced
Qualified Accountant
to oversee a broad spectrum of departments and lead on the strategy and operation of the business. You will have 7 direct reports including, HR, IT and Marketing so previous experience of working with these teams would be a distinct advantage. You must be comfortable with leading teams outside of your financial expertise, showing clear strategic direction, being commercially astute, showing a high level of professionalism and also the ability to bring teams together to work in a cohesive way. This is a pivotal role in driving financial sustainability and operational efficiency to support my clients on-going growth.
Role summary:-
Work closely with senior leadership to align financial and operational strategies identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
All financial planning, budget management and financial reporting.
Manage financial controls, procedures, and systems.
Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments for effective budgeting and operational management.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
