The University is seeking an accomplished leader for the role of Director of Estates and Facilities, with senior responsibility for the university’s estate strategy and facilities management (hard and soft FM). You will develop a clear and modern vision for the future of the estate and the nature of the student and staff facing services that is aligned with the University’s strategic objectives. You will have proven experience and expertise in capital development, service delivery, and collaborative working as well as an appetite for transformation. The role is a member of the Senior Management Group, reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Resources), with access to the Vice Chancellor and the Board of Governors.Leeds Beckett is a modern, professional university with ambition.
