Expired on May 24, 2022 About the roleEducation Futures are currently working exclusively with Brunel Multi Academy Trust to appoint a Director of Education.The Brunel MAT is a 0 – 25 multi-academy trust specialising in the special education sector, the trust is based over several sites in and around the Swindon area and currently consists of 7 Education Provisions. This is an exciting time to join Brunel MAT, which has plans to grow over the next two to three years, bringing their wealth of experience and expertise to the mainstream sector. The plans are to acquire a number of mainstream Primary and Secondary Schools and mean the Trust are keen to appoint an individual from a mainstream background to support them through this period of acquisition.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the Brunel Academies Trusts education support and improvement services so that everyone makes outstanding progress and achieves positive outcomes, the education provisions secure at least good to outstanding Ofsted ratings and are recognised as centres of excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have considerable experience in the leadership and management of schools and have excellent understanding of School Improvement Planning. You will be the overall Safeguarding Lead for the trust whilst upholding, strengthening and developing Brunel MATs commitment to exceptional educational provisions.In return, in addition to the competitive salary and teacher pension, youll be working to improve the standard of education received by a high number of pupils.If you are interested and suitably experienced within this field, please forward your CV in the first instance.
