Director of Development Management – Senior LeadershipLocation - LondonAre you an experienced construction consultancy leader with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Development Management?Our client, a leading construction consultancy, is looking to appoint a director level candidate to head up this new but growing division of their business, with an existing global portfolio.As the Director of Development Management, you will be responsible for developing the business strategy, launching the brand in the market, and growing the portfolio across UK & Europe and US and APAC regions.The role oversees business activities across the portfolio and is accountable for KPIs & business outcomes for portfolio. You will work closely with business unit leadership and be an integral member of the senior leadership team providing operational expertise, strategic planning & counsel to the leadership team. You will lead a team of circa twelve Development Management executives.This position offers an exceptional chance to leave a significant mark, influence strategic trajectory, and foster the ongoing expansion and success of Development Management within an established and successful global Consultancy business.To be successful in this position, you will:You will have an extensive knowledge and understanding of Development Management and will have been responsible for a large, ideally international portfolio.Comprehensive expertise & knowledge of the Construction Consultancy industryAdvanced communication skills, effectively communicates at C-Suite & all levels in an organisation.Advanced leadership capabilities.
