Our client is an established developer operating throughout the UK delivering family homes, open market housing, and strategic land. They are looking to hire an ambitious, driven, and experienced Contract Manager who is blocked and looking to take the next step in their career, to join in their journey of growth and deliver exceptional housing products and bottom line returns.
With a focus on health and safety whilst being analytical and detailed in nature, you will be strong in managing the quality of programmes to enhance a recently appointed leadership.
