They are seeking a visionaryCommunications and Marketing Director to lead the charge in shapingtheir brand and elevating their profile.The successfulcandidate will lead and oversee in four core ways –Theywill oversee positioning, core messaging and brand development work.They will oversee the development and delivery of an approachto integrated marketing that recognises the importance of the donor orstakeholder journey.They will lead the internalcommunications strategy, working in close consultation with the Peopleand Culture team.They will lead the external communicationsstrategies that expand brand awareness, elevate their leaders andraise national profile.About you:Experience of promoting and developing a vibrant brand ina complex organisation.Experience of designing andsuccessfully executing marketing strategies through own work andthrough others.Experience of client marketing –specifically, ensuring that materials, content and events give a highquality customer experience – ideally involving donors and workingwith fundraising teams.Experience of running communicationsand PR team in an organisation using multiple channels and digitalmedia.Experience of leading, motivating and developingpeople at all levels with an ability to create a working environmentin which people can thrive and develop.Problem solving and resourcefulness.Prepared to work in line with our values and to demonstratebehaviours consistent with these.Generous annual leave policy of 25 daysper year increasing by 1 day per year up to 30 days.Enhancedmaternity and paternity pay.Enhanced Sickness andCompassionate Leave.Cycle Scheme.Health Cash Plan.PLUS Many More…If you have the required skills, please emailme your CV to find out more/discuss:
