Director of Catering - North East - £65kI am currently looking to recruit an experienced Director of Catering for my client's site based in Newcastle.My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers who are recruiting an experienced senior manager to lead the team at this high volume venue. This is role is not for the faint hearted, consisting of 15 retail/ restaurant units and extensive event space – are you up for the challenge?As the Director of Catering, you will be responsible for a team of 100 staff and 5 direct management reports, ensuring training, development and management of the team.
