be doing
Plan, organize, direct, and
monitor
the operational activities of the Nursing Department
Establish and implement goals,
objectives
and policies that follow regulatory requirements and are aligned with the organization’s values.

Promote a positive and safe work environment for staff and residents
What you bring
Current certificate of competence from the
appropriate College
of Nurses
Registration or eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association
Leadership or supervision experience

Active knowledge of Health Standards, Accreditation
