Director of Business Development, CRO

Skills Alliance is currently partnered with a mid-sized European CRO as they look to continue strengthening their Business Development function. They are currently looking for an Associate Director of Business Development to drive forward their European growth across Pharma and Biotech.
Associate Director Business Development - Responsibilities:
Work with the Vice President of Business Development to identify and establish long term client relationships.
Collaborate with members of the Commercial team to ensure outstanding client experiences throughout all interactions, from initial needs assessment to delivery and follow-up.
Work closely with the Marketing team to create new marketing strategies that attract new business.
Have a core focus on Phase I - Phase III Clinical Trial Services.
Associate Director Business Development - Requirements:
Between 3 - 7 years BD experience across the EU CRO market.
Experience selling Phase I - Phase III services.
Business level English is required.
Willing to travel across Europe (50%).
