The successful candidate will need to demonstrate creativity and skill to develop and deliver all aspects of our admissions, marketing and communication. The Director of Admissions and Marketing has responsibility for the Job Title: Director of Admissions and Marketing Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 depending upon experience Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) All Year Round Responsible to: Head Master The Role The Director of Admissions and Marketing will have responsibility for all aspects of pupil admissions to the School and all aspects of marketing, public relations and communications. The Director of Admissions and Marketing has responsibility for the successful recruitment of pupils throughout the School (2-18) and the strategic marketing policy and its implementation. The post-holder will work across both the Senior and Prep Schools and focus on the recruitment of pupils who will flourish in, and contribute positively to, the academic, pastoral, musical and co-curricular life of the School. Given the role’s primary focus, this role will ideally suit an experienced admissions and recruitment professional; any marketing or communications experience they can additionally offer will be valuable, as will any experience of an educational, and ideally an independent education sector, background. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Master, be a member of the School’s Senior Management Team and will have direct line management responsibility for the Registrar and the Marketing team staff.
