Director - MRICS Building Surveyor, Technical Due Diligence - London

I’m currently working with a leading Property and Building Consultancy who are looking to add a Director level Chartered Building Surveyor to their busy London Team. You would be joining an excellent team, a long established and well-respected name in the industry.
You would be coming on board to work across a range of commercial sector projects, and first class clients such as Columbia Threadneedle, Aviva,The Crown Estate, Legal & General and Aberdeen Standard Investments. to name but a few.
Ideally you will have strong professional skills set with particular focus on Technical Due Diligence, be used to working in a consultancy environment, happy managing a team and client facing.
This is a truly rare opportunity for an experienced Associate Director level Chartered Building Surveyor to step up to Director or for a proven Director to move into one of the leading names in UK Property and Building Surveying.
Excellent Salary and Benefits Package available. Circa £120,000
