The Opportunity: In the role of Director, Market Access you will have a pivotal role in supporting Leadership develop Commercial, Pricing and Market Access strategies. Moreover, you will pioneer the creation of innovative methodologies and spearhead the expansion of the Pricing and Market Access capabilities. Responsibilities: Manage complex projects; contribute to development of strategic methodology, and contribute to the development of the overall analytic framework of projects. Manage and oversee execution of Associates, Analysts and Freelancers, responsible for project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market access considerations into overall product development and commercialization plans. Contribute to Business Development; proposal development, and impactful communication skills (internal/external) to effectively pitch to Clients, Stakeholders and Prospects. Leverages network/relationships with industry stakeholders and thought leaders to support sales of consulting solutions. Support the operations that drive growth and maintain the sales efficiency process. Deliver Primary Research with KOLs and Payers to inform project outputs, and actively participate in thought leadership to promote an awareness of market trends, conduct competitor analyses, and stay informed of industry developments to inform investment decisions. Qualifications: MD, or a Masters / PhD in Life Sciences (i.e., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Chemistry or Health Sciences), MBA. 5-6 years’ proven experience in Private Equity, Strategy, or Management Consulting, with a dedicated focus serving Private Equity, Pharma or Biotech. Comprehensive analytical skills; i.e., quantitative/qualitative methods and techniques. Strong/in-depth knowledge and experience of Pricing and Market Access strategy in EU and US markets , with an understanding of how Market Access contributes to the valuation of an asset pre-launch. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key Clients and Stakeholders. Required Market Access Experience: Pricing Strategy and Analysis. Deal and Corporate Benchmarking rNPV, eNPV and Health Economic Modelling. KOL and Payer Negotiation. Pricing, Market Access Landscaping. Epidemiology Analysis.
