They offer a comprehensive range of financial services, including investment banking, asset management, life insurance, and trust services with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service excellence.We are seeking a Vice President/Director with significant M&A experience in the insurance sector.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of M&A transactions within the insurance sector, from deal origination to execution and integration, leveraging deep industry expertise and market insights.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, private equity firms, and other relevant entities, to identify strategic opportunities and drive deal flow.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Equity Research, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking, to evaluate potential targets, conduct due diligence, and structure transactions in alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to clients on complex M&A transactions, including valuation analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation strategy, to maximize value creation and mitigate risks.Requirements:Minimum of 8+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate development, with a strong focus on M&A transactions within the insurance sector.Proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a deep understanding of deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and regulatory considerations.Extensive network and relationships within the insurance industry, including insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to generate deal flow and drive business development efforts.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
