This is a unique chance to lead internal communications in a sales-driven environment, work directly with the CEO, C-Suite, and senior leaders to drive engagement, embed digital and people-focussed transformation programmes, and enhance leadership visibility.
This is a rare opportunity for a consultative, hands-on internal communications leader to play a pivotal role in enhancing the internal narrative of a global, matrixed organisation.

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement innovative internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and enhance employee engagement. C-Suite Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and other C-Suite executives, providing expert internal communications counsel and ensuring effective communication flows. Multi-Channel Campaigns:
Lead the creation of engaging, multi-channel internal communication campaigns, utilising video, social media, intranet, and in-person events. Team Inspiration : Inspire and guide a dedicated internal communications team, fostering creativity and a collaborative spirit. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
Proven Internal Communications Leadership:
Demonstrable experience in leading internal communications within a sales-focused, corporate, global environment. Trusted C-Suite Advisor : Proven experience in guiding senior leadership and C-Suite executives on effective internal communications strategy and leadership. Exceptional Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a range of stakeholders. Strategic Mindset : A track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies in large, complex organisations. Hands-On Approach : Ability to be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on implementer, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Multi-Channel Expertise : Experience in crafting compelling narratives across various platforms, including digital and traditional media.
