What You’ll Do:
Delivery platforms are the engine of growth for Reef and at the core of its success. The Head of delivery platform operations for UK, will lead all aspects of delivery partner operations to support Reef’s growth plans in the UK.
Responsible for leading and successfully delivering key initiatives with delivery platform partners including testing of new concepts, new brands.
Drive discussions with new delivery partners from negotiations to integration, and also maintain a pipeline of new partners.
Lead and build team for delivery platform operations in the UK to support growth.
Define key operational metrics for success; track ongoing performance and regularly report to REEF KITCHENS senior leadership.
What We Want From You:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
7+ years’ experience in operations, consulting, or similar role.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, growth environment.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools.
