Concord's master recording portfolio contains more than 275,000 active song recordings and includes over 300 GRAMMY winners and over 400 Gold, Platinum, Multi-Platinum and Diamond RIAA certifications.As the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager, you'll serve as a Finance partner with the International Dept. to support and provide understanding of the financial impact within the ex-USA territories, as well as provide support for global financial analysis. Works under close/direct supervision of the Vice President, Financial Planning & AnalysisResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Primary Recorded Music Finance representative for the UK officeUpdate KPI reporting for weekly financial reviewCreate and distribute monthly international financial statementsPrepare and distribute monthly sales and marketing report by territoryReconcile accounts and true up monthly Budget vs. Actual reporting and identify variancesAnalyze current and forecasted financial data to understand financial status and identify trendsAssist in Data IntegrityIdentify reporting inconsistencies within the Label Groups and help improve the overall financial processAnalyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit marginsAssist in developing and preparing annual budgets, reforecast and live modelAllocate international budget P&L to various territories at the project levelWork with Corporate Tax department to assist in providing accurate financial information for quarterly VAT filingsOther general finance tasksQualificationsWhat you'll need:Professional and must have a firm grasp of both accounting principles and business operationsStrong knowledge of financial analysis and forecastingProven analytical and financial modeling skills with an ability to manage large data setsExcellent reporting, presentation and communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionSelf-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be metOutstanding communication and organizational skills with a high level of commitment to quality workAble to handle multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent general ledger accounting, reconciliation and analytical skillsMid-level to advance knowledge of Microsoft ExcelUndergraduate and/or graduate degree specializing in Accounting and/or Finance3-5 years relevant experienceGeneral agreement and acceptance of the Company's core values*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.At Concord, we offer competitive salary, private medical and dental insurance, generous time off, charity match, paid time off for volunteering and a culture committed to supporting everyone's growth and development.Concord is an equal opportunity employer.
