You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with M&A experience, who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career.
