Working with the regional leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are appropriately resourced, employees are trained and developed to meet the project needs and that operational delivery is of the highest standards.You will lead strategic initiatives, working alongside other functional managers internationally.You will have outstanding experience within Real-World and Late Phase research, gained from within a global CRO environment, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
