You will play a vital role in responding to customer and brand inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.??Key Responsibilities:Respond to and resolve inbound key rental account enquiriesAnswer and manage verbal and written inquiries, ensuring customer satisfactionBuild strong relationships with key rental account customersCollaborate closely with the Rental teamUpdate and maintain records for quoting, contracts, and customersFollow and work within the current fleet processOwn customer issues through to resolutionCoordinate effectively with colleagues across different departmentsMonitor performance to meet targets, deadlines, and proceduresMaintain a customer-focused approach, providing value-driven servicesInitiate and activate new Key Rental Account contractsPrepare and deliver reports to HQ teamsEnsure adherence to regulations and requirementsManage the de-fleet process at the end of contractsAdhere to formal regulatory processes and policiesFulfil other reasonable duties as required by managementSkills Profile:Treat customers with respect, adhering to principles of fairnessBuild strong, long-term customer relationshipsConfident in decision-making and prioritisationTake ownership of work queuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and objection handling abilitiesMaintain a satisfactory attendance recordAbility to achieve performance targetsProactively identify and implement service improvementsExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse audiencesSelf-driven and motivatedAbility to receive and apply feedbackSense of urgency in meeting targetsAdaptability in a rapidly changing business environmentAble to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience:Previous experience in a Customer Service position EssentialExperience in the automotive or consumer finance industry preferredIT Skills:Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and WordExperience in workflow management systems DesirableDon't miss out on this amazing opportunity to join our client's team and make a real impact in the automotive industry!
