My client is adynamic, fast growing data & digital consultancy, seeking a DigitalTransformation Senior Manager.Passionate aboutproviding strategic leadership to their clients in the areas ofdigital, data and technology, you will provide insights ranging fromroadmaps and operating models to organisational design and governance,enabling data driven decision making, digital innovation and costoptimisation.Ensuring excellence in everyaspect of their delivery to clients, you will be responsible forestablishing and running projects and programmes to deliver complex,multi-disciplined digital transformation, as part of a highly skilledcross functional team.As a trusted advisor, youwill develop strategic relationships with clients to win and grow ourbusiness through long-term engagements. You will formulate andarticulate delivery strategies and workable, tactical plans.Reporting directly to the Digital DeliveryDirector and lead the management, development and growth of a highperforming team, where people are excited about the work they areundertaking.Key Responsibilities;Keep up to date with opportunities and trendsand develop points of view.Play an active part inidentifying and winning new business.Manage our keyAccounts; ensure delivery excellence using the appropriate methodologyand identify future opportunities to deliver value to our clients.Lead proposal generation, delivery and subsequent estimatingand contracting activity.Help evolve our Digital Deliverypractice and have direct line management responsibilities; drive teamutilisation, coach, mentor and train our colleagues.Delivercomplex digital transformation initiatives keeping key stakeholdersinformed and engaged throughout.Required Experience;Must haveproven track record as a Digital Transformation Senior Manager orequivalent role in a consulting organisation.Experience inmanaging multi-disciplined teams.Experience in technologyoperating model design including people, process, governance, servicemanagement, technology and contracts.Proven track record ofdelivering and managing high value Digital projects and programmes.Expertise in estimating, scoping and delivering large scaledigital projects and products, using a variety of techniques.Experience of running Agile delivery projects in this domain.Demonstrable commercial acumen. You will be highlyexperienced in writing Statements of Work, project approaches andproposals.Business Development evidenced through buildingout and developing long term strategic Account relationships.A strong consulting toolkit and stakeholder managementskills.Some exposure to other emerging technology projectssuch as AI and Machine Learning is desirable.Applicants must be authorised to work in the United Kingdomwithout the need for visa sponsorship.
