NHS AfC: Band 8cJob overviewThe Digital Transformation Programme Manager is accountable for a portfolio of projects that reviews how clinical and operational data and technology is delivered, realising opportunities to better meet the needs of the transformation programme and services we support, maximising benefit from ICS partner collaboration. This role is key to ensuring colleagues have the data integration and technology work streams, tools, information, equipment and user training support to ensure economies of scale and population outcomes and benefits.The post holder will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, line management and team building skills, negotiation and facilitation skills to support the Director of Elective Care and Head of Digital.The purpose of this role will provide key leadership and oversight of a number of key critical system implementations across the Shropshire Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care System (ICS).Main duties of the jobThe Programme Manager will have line management responsibility and will report into the Head of Service Improvement. The post holder will have also responsibility for other digital projects and will need to manage the team who deliver the RASand TRAQs services in its current form and be responsible for maintaining an excellent service through the evaluation and implementation of any agreed changes.
