About North London Councils Partnership
This role is for the Digital Transformation Programme Manager (Adult Social Care). You will be part of the North London Councils team working on behalf of the Councils Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington - the team is hosted by Camden Council.
The NCL Digital Care Provider Programme is a strategic programme of work developed by the ICB, NCL Training Hub and the Councils in partnership.
The Programme Team is a high profile, high performing team that is a key strategic partnership between the 5 Councils. In 2021 we won a national LGC award demonstrating the impact of our work.
How You'll Be Involved
The Digital Transformation Programme Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic priorities within the digital care provider programme in collaboration with five local authorities, the Integrated Care Board (ICB), the Training Hub, and care providers. The role involves program management, strategic engagement with care providers, project management, and ensuring the sustainable integration of digital technology within care settings.
You will act as the strategic lead for the digital care homes programme, providing regular updates and recommendations to the steering group on progress and resource allocation. Manage the partnership with the NCL Training Hub, overseeing the delivery of digital projects such as remote monitoring and acoustic monitoring. Facilitate engagement and co-design initiatives with key stakeholders, including care providers and NHS entities, to maximise the impact of digital care initiatives.
