Digital Transformation Manager

My client is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager with a strong focus on delivery and a mindset of developing business. Operating at a strategic level, you will be responsible for driving transformation and monitoring transformation priorities. You will work closely with project teams to ensure high standards of delivery.
Digital Transformation Manager Responsibilities
Be able to communicate complex strategic concepts into actions for the delivery teams.
Adaptable and inspiring leadership style that can be utilised across multiple different teams in transformation and delivery.
Ability to appraise full life-cycle programmes.
Monitor and evaluate the progress, performance, and outcomes of the transformation activities and outcomes.
Identify and recommend strategic opportunities with an eye for business development in the business.
Digital Transformation Manager Requirements
You thrive in challenging and complex environments.
A knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and how they can benefit the business is desired. The ideal candidate will be able to recommend and roadmap how these can be implemented into cross-functional teams.
Qualified in Agile delivery and Change management.
Exceptional stakeholder management.
Clear at presenting transformation recommendations.
Operate using structured project management methods and methodologies such as Prince.
The client has several locations in the UK that you can work from and the role is hybrid.
