Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Digital Talent Agent to join their team. The Digital Talent Agent will be responsible for identifying, signing, and representing digital talent across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation, as well as strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Identify and recruit digital talent with potential for growth and marketability across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and emerging platforms
Serve as the primary point of contact for digital talent, providing strategic career guidance, negotiating contracts and deals, and advocating for their interests.
Secure brand partnerships, sponsorship deals, content collaborations, and other opportunities for digital talent to monetize their platforms and expand their reach.
Collaborate with digital talent to develop engaging and high-quality content that resonates with their audience and aligns with their brand identity and values.
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and industry professionals to stay informed about trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital media landscape.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships on behalf of digital talent, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while protecting their interests and rights.
Key Requirements
Previous experience working as a talent agent, talent manager, or within the digital media industry, with a focus on representing digital talent.
In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and content creation best practices.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to advocate for talent and secure lucrative opportunities.
