Digital & Survey Insights ManagerLocation: Home based with travel to client sites and Milton KeynesSalary: Up to £62,500 DOE plus 10% bonusContract Type: Permanent, 40 hpw We're looking for a talented and driven Digital & Survey Insights Manager to join our team at Innecto. This exciting role is at the heart of the teamplaying a crucial role in supporting the Consulting and Leadership Teams, driving impactful insights through salary surveys, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.About the RoleAs a Senior Digital & Survey Insights Manager, working closelywith the Director of Innovation you will be instrumental in providing actionable insights that drivethe future Innecto Digital Roadmap as well as onboard clients to full deployment and adoption of our platforms. This role provides the opportunity to work across functions, such as Development, and CustomerRelationsteams to ensure project success.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Manage and evolve salary survey projects from inception to completion. Develop survey methodologies, including sampling techniques and data collection strategies. Analyse survey results and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Direct and collaborate with Reward Analysts to develop data models, algorithms, and visualisations. Utilise statistical techniques and software tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Communicate analytical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders and know how to connect the dots to help inform decisions. Research and develop market knowledge, industry practices and publications, competitor activity, advising the Directors and colleagues of findings and options for change. What We Are Looking For: Experience in survey operations management, including survey design, data collection, and analysis. Strong background in data analysis techniques, statistical modelling, and data visualisation. Familiarity with digital onboarding processes and tools, such as CRM systems. Proficiency in statistical software and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision. Experience in highly commercial/revenue-generating businesses. Exposure within a business development or consultancy environment. We welcome candidates with diverse experiences.
