One of the UK's leading Audio/Visual Company;s with over 25 years experience in assisting its customers in adding impact to areas of their business communications with audiovisual (AV) equipment and services. Due to the continued success and growth of the company are seeking to recruit a Digital Signage Administrator who will manage and maintain digital signage solutionsproviding technical support and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the main point of contact for clients

*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand clients specific needs to provide tailored solutions

*Monitor the performance and health of digital signage systems identifying and resolving technical issues / malfunctions

*Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure optima; performance and reliability of networks

*Conduct training for clients to use and manage digital signage platforms

*Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients

*Will have excent communication and interpersonal skills

*Up to date with industry trends standards and emerging technologiesin the audio Visual and Digital Signage space
