Help us expand and hit the target clients within each of our 20 sectors. The company has a very clear plan, sales assets, excellent reputation, inbound leads and an outbound sales team.Job Description:Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum with quarterly uncapped bonuses (£50k+)Manage and close inbound leads while overseeing a small outbound teamCollaborate closely with Directors to achieve sector targetsUtilize various channels for proactive business development, including calls, emails, and networkingAct as a digital consultant, providing strategic direction for long-term client retentionRequirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or proactive sales3+ years in technology solutions/digital marketingProven track record in B2B client acquisitions, inbound and outboundExperience in lead generation and digital advertising preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsUK resident with unrestricted right to workSkills & Experience 4+ years within a Business Development/Pro-active sales role is essential.3+ years working within a technology solutions/digital marketing business is essential.Proven experience in making B2B client acquisitions inbound and outboundExperience working within lead generation and digital advertising, if possible experience in home improvements and legal industry.Confident ability in pitching and presenting to senior stakeholders to win new business.Benefits:Company car for onsite client meetingsLucrative bonus schemeWork from home WednesdaysRegular team eventsFree onsite parking, conveniently located near a train stationVibrant company cultureReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
